Created during a time of transition, as I moved from one studio into another, this painting reflects both the upheaval of change and the resilience found in continuing to create. In the midst of boxes, uncertainty, and the weight of forcing myself to make work, the canvas became a place of release. Swirling gestures carry the energy of restlessness, while softer tones emerge through the movement—symbols of clarity, healing, and inner stillness rising from disorder.

Finding Calm in Chaos is both a record of that moment and an invitation: to see beauty in transition, to honor creativity even when it feels heavy, and to discover peace not apart from change, but within it.
